It is a good idea to keep to your own country. This affords consumer protection when purchasing from companies. If you purchase from private individuals, the only protection you have is with regards to the description given for any item. It the product/Item is not as described, you have some protection. It is in your interest to only purchase items that have been described fully, ie size, if working, any damage, voltage and so on. The better described, the better protection you have when things go wrong. Keep printouts of both the original description and any final agreements/sales. A sellers history is not to be relied upon.
